Thank you for choosing NFL Fan Pro. Because our tumblers are made-to-order, we follow a specific process to ensure each item meets our quality standards before it reaches your door. By placing an order, you agree to the terms outlined below.

1. Delivery Timeline

The total delivery time is the sum of our Production Time and Transit Time. Please note that all timeframes refer to Business Days (Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM ET, excluding holidays).

Order Cut-off Time: 5:00 PM (ET). Orders placed after this time will begin processing the following business day.
Production Time: 1–4 business days.
Transit Time:
- United States: 4–10 business days.
- International: 4–15 business days.

2. Shipping Costs

Shipping rates are calculated based on your order total at checkout. All prices are in USD.

Orders under $100: $5.99 Flat Rate Standard Shipping.
Orders over $100: Free Standard Shipping.

3. Shipping Carriers & Origin

To provide efficient delivery, we utilize a distributed fulfillment network. Your order may be shipped from our U.S. fulfillment centers or our international fulfillment partners, depending on stock availability and your location.

Our trusted carriers include:

United States: USPS, DHL US, DHL Parcel.
International: Australia Post, Canada Post, DHL Express UK, Yun Express, Yanwen.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number and carrier information. You can monitor your package’s progress directly on our Order Tracking Page.

5. Delays and Exceptions

While we aim for timely delivery, external factors such as severe weather, customs inspections, or peak seasonal volumes may impact transit times.

Important Note: In rare circumstances beyond our control, delivery may take up to 20–25 business days. We kindly ask that you wait until this timeframe has passed before contacting support regarding a missing package.

6. Shipping Restrictions

Single Destination: We only support shipping to one address per order. For multiple destinations, please place separate orders.
PO Boxes: Supported within the U.S. via USPS.
APO/FPO Addresses: Delivery to military addresses is not guaranteed, as many carriers do not support these locations.

7. Taxes, Duties, and VAT

For international orders, please be aware that NFL Fan Pro does not collect VAT or customs duties at checkout.

All import fees, taxes, and duties are the sole responsibility of the recipient.
Costs vary by country; please consult your local customs office for specific information regarding imports from the United States or international hubs.
